Pictures used do not necessarily depict standard products and Galloway International Ltd ® reserves the right to change specifications of its products without notice. Every effort is made to produce sales and service literature which is current. This website is also not an offer for sales of any product. Distributors and dealers are not agents of Galloway International Ltd® and they have no authority to bind Galloway International Ltd® by any express undertaking or representation including but not limited to representations of a product sales, application or service nature.

Most Aqua Tanks products are delivered by us. Delivery is normally 7-10 days from confirmed order.
Please ensure that you provide a valid delivery address. Where a valid address is not provided, goods will be returned to our Auckland premises and the purchaser will bear the expense to have the goods re-delivered.
Change of Mind
We are unable to offer a refund for a change of mind.
Faulty or unsuitable items or items received in error
If you have received a faulty item or received an item in error, we are happy to replace exchange or refund the item for you.
We will pay the costs of delivery or collect the faulty product provided that you have contacted us in writing and we have agreed. Please contact Galloway International before arranging return of any items or goods.
Every care is taken to ensure the ordered products are delivery in good condition through the delivery process. We are NOT responsible for damage resulting from abnormal or extreme delivery conditions.
We will meet our obligations in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act with regards to refunds. All requests for refunds must be made in writing to Galloway International Limited for consideration. Please include the circumstances and reasoning behind why a refund is required. We will endeavour to reply within 7 days to your request. Please include your email address.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are usually processed within 14 business days. We will email you once we have processed your refund.
- Refunds are made by cheque only.
- All refunds must be issued to the original purchaser.
